Coaches hold the belief that you have the answers that you need and want right inside of you - in your head, in your heart, or maybe in your gut! We keep that focus and guide you on a journey of discovery to reach the meaningful answers and direction you want. There is no judgment, no pre-conceived idea of a 'right' direction or answer - only an intention to support you through a coaching model that empowers you to move forward and achieve your goals and aspirations.
How does coaching work?
Most coaching sessions are done on the phone - you call me at the appointed time with an intention for an uninterrupted, revealing and especially, REWARDING session. This is a rare opportunity to have someone place their total attention on YOU without any judgment, history or expectations. I hope you will treat this time as something really important for you.
My coaching appointments last 50 minutes, and are offered in packages with 2, 3 or 4 appointments per month. I do request an initial minimum commitment of three months. You may find that a 6 or 12 month commitment is more appropriate, depending on the type and magnitude of your goals. Some changes come more quickly than others. All coaching fees are paid on the 1st day of the month, prior to the start of coaching.
